Action to our Faith, Traction to His Purpose.

FIMC Website: There’s something about that word “purpose” that stirs something deep within us. Purpose answers the question “why am I here” or “what am I here for.” We know in manufacturing that there is a designer, or inventor, who had a particular goal in mind of how their product should function. Could it be that the same thing is true with our designer? We obviously have a designer. The functions of the human body alone, apart from the invisible (yet very real) us that lives within that body, is designed too intricately to just be an accident or coincidence. We were made on purpose, and with a purpose. If we had a question about the function of something in our car, we would consult the owners manual, knowing that it would show us what the designer had in mind when building that particular feature into our vehicle. In that same way, the one who designed us has also written a manual that fully describes what He had in mind when He made us (the Bible). God is our designer. He is our creator. What better way to know your purpose, than to consult the One who made you!
